How long do Blend hair extensions last?
With proper care, our extensions can last up to 12 months.
How do I care for my hair extensions?
We recommend gentle washing with sulfate-free shampoo, a deep conditioning mask and leave in conditioner. Please avoid any products that have any protein or keratin in them as these can cause the hair to dry out and reduce the lifespan of your extensions
How often do I need to maintain my hair extensions?
We recommend every 6 weeks.
Can I swim while wearing hair extensions?
While you can swim in chlorine or salt water with your extensions, we recommend minimizing exposure as both can dry out and damage the hair. If you do swim, wear your hair in a braid and rinse it immediately with fresh water afterward, and use a leave-in conditioner to help protect it.
Will sunscreen or tanning products affect my hair extensions?
Yes - some sunscreens and tanning products, especially those with avobenzone or octocrylene, can cause discolouration in hair extensions (often turning them orange or pink). To avoid this, we recommend using hair-safe, mineral-based sunscreens and avoiding direct contact between these products and your hair.
What do I do if my hair turns orange/pink from sunscreen?
It can be tricky to remove, but we recommend using Malibu C hard water sachets to help remove the unwanted tone.
Can I use heat on my hair extensions?
Yes absolutely as they are made from 100% Remy human hair, however never use heat higher than 180° and always use heat protectant to avoid damage.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
